That's how it sounds

If you expected news about Icebreaking, this isn't it!

We announced this one a few months ago. And now, with only a month's delay (we're getting opprobrious), here we are announcing the actual thing.

The book is cool, really.

Its title: Aberrations 2. Its publisher: Screaming Banshee Press. Its editor: the excellent Chris McInally, who did a great job as usual of putting together such a good company: Jonathan Maberry, Pamela Jeffs, Pauline Yates, Deborah Sheldon, Julian Carver, Paul McNamee, Ian Michael, David Rose & More.

And the sound our own tale makes is click-click. Beware "The Clicking". And -- the audacity! -- here's the same blurb we used last time when we talked about this!

... where you'll discover what happens when people try to build stuff where they shouldn't — like a big hotel on a cliff on a minor Canary Island, between the mist of the laurel forest and a hungry ocean, right above a volcanic bubble. Left to rot there, half-built, after a tragedy. They say it's haunted; people have vanished. What could possibly go wrong when an Italian writer-slash-paranormal-investigator and a couple of local friends explore the carcass of decrepit concrete, glass and steel?

And we really wanted to read "rust" somewhere in the description, but it wasn't there.

Okay. So what now? Well, three options come to mind: 1) Read an excerpt on Daniele's website or Valentina's website; 2) Buy the book; 3) Something else (which is unlinkable).
