We know.

We promised you Episode Two: Icebreaking "soon" a year ago. And it's almost there, we swear. The damn thing is difficult, damn us for getting ourselves into this. But it is almost there.

In our defense, we've been swamped with many, many projects (literary, non-literary, personal) these past twelve months, we even bought an old finca and moved to another island, and... well, we wrote a novel!

Nocebo, which has just come out in Italy under the title Pazuzu: Effetto Nocebo, is not a Bee Lab project per se, but the two of us co-authored it with Italian horror legend Danilo Arona. Which is very cool for us because he's a long-time friend, a fundamental inspiration for our writings -- and a great guy. We're stoked to team up with him for this journey.

The book is about a journey, as well (as the most Sherlocky of you may have inferred from the cover) and it is also about a lot of other stuff such as Sumerian demons, evil winds, cursed movies, synchronicity, sinister AIs, natural disasters, sleep paralysis, anti-meditation, aberrant sounds, and five unlikely heroes trying to piece it all together.

Pazuzu: Effetto Nocebo (Italian Edition) is already available on Amazon and Kobo in digital incarnation, with a fantastic preface by Edoardo Rosati. The paperback edition is coming soon.
